Lisa Kreider
Practice Experience Manager
Lisa brings a unique blend of hospitality expertise and healthcare dedication to our dental practice! For over 40 years she’s been creating smiles in hospitality-from wineries to music venues, to the dental office. She’s the friendly force behind everything that happens here, ensuring both patients and our team have an exceptional experience. Lisa strives to create a welcoming space where dental care meets luxury service.
Her favorite activities include dining, live music, working out, meditation, and travel and scary movies.
Ashley
Insurance Coordinator
Ashley joined our practice in 2018 and quickly became our go-to “insurance wizard.” With her depth of knowledge and years of experience, she has a unique gift for helping patients understand the financial side of their treatment with clarity, compassion, and a touch of humor. Even after relocating to Florida, Ashley continues to play a vital role in our team, ensuring patients feel supported and confident every step of the way.
Behind the scenes, Ashley is just as dedicated to her busy family life. She and her husband are raising their wonderful crew of eight children—two girls and six boys—so there’s never a dull moment in their household! When she does happen to steal a rare quiet moment for herself, Ashley enjoys unwinding with a good true-crime podcast, always ready to “solve the case.”
Christy
Treatment Coordinator
Christy has been part of our team since 2023 and she brings with her over 20 years of experience in dentistry—both chairside and on the administrative side. She’s one of the friendly faces you’ll see at the front desk, making sure your visit goes smoothly from start to finish.
What she enjoys most about her role is getting to know you and building lasting relationships with our patients. She’ll be the first to tell you that you’re the best part of her job!
When she’s not at the office, Christy loves spending time with her family, tending to her garden, and caring for her pets.

Patience O’Connor
Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Function (RDAEF2)
Patience (yes, it really is her name!) was born and raised in Sonoma County and loves spending time in and outdoors with her husband Dave, and their dog Tyson. She jumped into the dental world almost right out of high school and never looked back!
She joined the team in 2018 and quickly realized that her career could flourish and grow for many years to come. She completed her training to become an Extended Functions RDA in 2022, allowing her to craft composite fillings, seat crowns, and take on many more challenges during surgery and complicated treatment.
She prides herself in being efficient, professional, and friendly. It is important to her to help educate patients, so they can be healthier and happier with a great smile! Teamwork really does make the dream work with a little Patience!
Brooke
Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Function (RDAEF2)
Brooke is a Sonoma County native who feels honored to serve the community she grew up in. After completing her Extended Function Dental Assistant training at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, Brooke joined our team and has become a fixture to our patients and staff. She’s enjoying blending the artistry of dentistry with the joy of caring for patients every day! Building trust and creating healthy, beautiful smiles is the most rewarding part of her work. Outside of the office, Brooke loves spending time in nature with her husband or relaxing at home with a good craft project and an audiobook. For her, both dentistry and life are about connection, creativity, and giving people a reason to smile.
Kelly
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Kelly has been with Dr. Jordan’s practice for 10 years, since day one! She’s our “Sunshine on a Stick” and when you meet her, you’ll understand why! Kelly has been an RDA since 1982 and excels at making our patients comfortable while offering true kindness and compassion to each and every person around her. She takes incredible care of her teammates and her patients, bringing her positivity and creativity with her wherever she goes. Her favorite part of her job is seeing transformation; making a difference in patient’s lives by giving them beautiful and functional smiles.
Outside of the office she enjoys spending time in Tahoe with her husband, adult children, grandchildren, and dog. They love hiking and kayaking as much as possible. Grandma Kelly has two grandchildren, ages 4 and 6, who bring her all the joy one could ask for!

With 20 years of experience as a dedicated dental hygienist, Jen brings expertise and a genuine passion for the dental industry to the office. She’s committed to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting a positive, collaborative clinical environment. Outside of work, she’s a married mother of two who enjoys crafting, her daughters’ sports games, and walking her dog.
